We have linked up with several contractors in Louisville and intend to restore homes from the Louisville Landbank and provide these refurbished homes rent to own to local residents. Coonhound Capital will focus on getting first time homebuyers and families who may not qualify through normal banking channels to get a home. Coonhound Capital's rent to own program allows us to provide seller financing for a few years until a conventional mortgage can be obtained and the dream of home ownership can be realized. We require funding for the purchase closing and marketing of homes in the Louisville's west side. Our goal would be to eliminate half of the homes on the land bank list within the next two years. We have a full business plan ready for any investors and will offer a 6% ROI.
