Our Advanced Delivery Model replaces disposable "business as usual" construction with "Arctic-Rated," Net-Zero modular homes manufactured inside climate-controlled facilities. These homes arrive on-site 80% to 95% complete, ensuring they are moisture-free and healthy from day one—a critical solution for remote communities plagued by dampness and mould. The PHA team is led by an Executive Director with over 45 years of Charity financial leadership and CFO-level experience, supported by a "Shared Brain" of advisors specializing in capital strategy and global investment . Grounded in a Seven Generations Mandate, our governance model includes Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers to ensure every project supports housing sovereignty and economic reconciliation.
