Plair Sports and Apparel (PSA)is a custom apparel and collegiate licensing company specializing in e-commerce and fundraising applications for institutional and corporate clients. We aim to be a leader in providing products and services which maximize the effectiveness of customer branding efforts and enhance end-user and fan access to branded items. PSA is looking to magnify customer brands with innovative, tech-infused approaches to manufacturing, personalizing, distributing, and selling promotional gear in today's individualized on demand culture. PSA is a multi-faceted company with expertise in custom uniforms (corporate and sports), spirit wear, athleisure, and promotional items. Additionally, PSA excels in managing multi-faceted e-commerce solutions, including the e-commerce business for several University Alumni Associations and Company Stores. The Company has a unique operation, providing logistics and distribution services which expedite delivery to customers / employees / consumers through variations of the “Company Store" concept via direct sales, fulfillment services, and/or White Label Organization websites. Plus, major event activations such as trade shows, sporting events, and fundraisers. PSA's developing on-demand manufacturing partnerships are being fashioned for the on-demand economy and provides much-needed agility to uniquely serve our institutional clients and targeted consumers.
PSA's product offerings will target two markets. They include the Promotional Product and Licensed & Custom Sports Fan Products marketplace.
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS MARKET
The advertising specialties industry deals with the sale of promotional products. These products can be practical, informative, entertaining and/or decorative products most often imprinted with the sponsoring advertiser's name, logo, slogan, or message, and almost always retained and appreciated by the end recipients who received them free of charge.
Sales in the advertising specialties industry have been growing at a rate of almost 7% per year since 1988 and reached over $7 billion in sales last year. PSA is positioned to grow and gain market share due to its’ membership in the ASI Consortium (which allows preferred access to 2,800 suppliers who provide over 390,000 different promotional products) and our partnerships with several sublimation and on demand manufacturing companies.
LICENSED AND CUSTOM SPORTS FAN PRODUCTS MARKET
According to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), more than 460,000 NCAA students are athletes who compete in 24 sports events every year. Member schools support their student-athletes’ academic success by providing state-of-the-art technology, tutoring and access to academic advisors. More than eight out of 10 student-athletes will earn a bachelors degree, and more than 35 percent will earn a postgraduate degree. In addition, there are over 176 million collegiate sports fans in the United States.

Wooter Apparel and Digital Apparel Labs (Founder Sports Group) -- Our design team will utilize the Customization software of Wooter Apparel and the Digital Apparel Labs (Founder Sports Group) to create short run high end sublimated apparel to be utilized for licensed collegiate products, sports uniforms, and promotional wearables. Both agreements offer production with "no minimums." This will keep production costs low for products and put a cap on PSA's overhead.
TUO SYSTEMS (Micro Sites) software offers a cutting-edge turnkey system for creating high quality e-commerce sites inexpensively. These sites are instrumental to the creation of Company stores, Fundraising Sites, and School team & Sports Club spirit sites. Having this technology will not only differentiate us. It will also increase customer retention due to uniqueness and ease of use.
Additionally, PSA is developing an in-house system which will combine the following capabilities:
• individually customized design customer interfaces
• turn-key company store development
• on demand in-house customization of promotional products
This combination of capabilities will allow for large-scale product offerings with little-to-no inventory liability. Furthermore, cost of production will be minimized and customer satisfaction will increase tremendously.
