Pirate Shipwreck Island - a "mini resort". Located in sunny Florida, on 5-10 acres. I will turn free, old unusable boats into 'tiny homes'. The overall theme will be a Pirate Shipwreck Island. To create the 'island', I will have a Lazy River that will circle the 'resort'. Guests will have access to the tiki hut, outdoor kitchen and grilling area, lazy river, and other fun outdoor activities. My goal is to have 10-15 of these pirate themed boats/tiny homes. I will also have 10-15 RV hookups in the back, with electric and water. RV stayers will have access to the lazy river and tiki hut outdoor kitchen as well.
