Pinnacle Master Renovations is a premier, family-owned home renovation and remodeling firm that was bootstrapped from zero to nearly $4M in verified, signed contracts in just 2.5 years. We specialize in high-end, high-margin residential renovations—primarily custom kitchens, luxury bathrooms, full interior remodels, and additions.
Our Business Model and Customers:
We target high-net-worth residential homeowners who prioritize quality and reliability. We earn 80% of our business by local home shows and the other 20% by referrals, google adds and BBB leads.  By utilizing a highly scalable, low-overhead operational model—partnering with specialized subcontractor crews rather than carrying heavy W-2 payroll and equipment overhead—we maintain exceptional gross profit margins (averaging 30%–52%) while executing up to 15 jobs in unison. 
Our Competitive Advantage: We win bids against industry giants because of our radical transparency, proprietary internal milestone-tracking systems, and our ability to take a client's vision from a photo realistic 3D rendering straight through to flawless execution. Danny Lindholt and Tracy Weber own the company and run all of the sales appointments. We also offer a wide variety of financing options which helps us secure 60-80 percent of our business.

Clients have direct, secure access to their project through a dedicated Client Portal. This eliminates the back-and-forth of email chains and text messages, provides a single source of truth for all project communication and documentation, and delivers a premium client experience that reinforces Pinnacle's reputation as a top-tier contractor. When clients feel informed and in control, they trust the process.
Job Cost Tracker
The Job Cost Tracker is the financial heartbeat of every project. Tracy and Danny use it to monitor budget vs. actual spend in real time, identify margin erosion before it becomes a problem, and ensure that every job closes as profitably as it was bid. This tool is a direct expression of Pinnacle's financial discipline — it is why the company's margins hold even as volume scales.

The Core Team & Production Network

Pinnacle Master Renovations operates through a deliberately lean, high-performance core team — four key individuals who collectively manage sales, design, finance, operations, and logistics  supported by a network of six loyal, elite lead subcontractors who handle specialized trade execution at the highest level. This structure is not a limitation; it is a strategic advantage.

Tracy Weber — Founder, Designer & CFO is the originating force behind Pinnacle. Tracy established the company's identity, its design philosophy, and its culture of accountability from day one. As CFO, she owns the company's full financial architecture — job costing, budget controls, margin analysis, and cash flow management. Her rare dual role as creative visionary and financial steward is one of the primary reasons Pinnacle consistently produces margins that most competitors never achieve. Tracy ensures that every project is not only stunning — it is profitable.

Danny Lindholt — Principal & Co-Owner is the engine of Pinnacle's growth. Danny drives the company's high-volume sales strategy — cultivating relationships, closing deals, and keeping the pipeline full. Equally important, Danny is relentlessly present in the field, overseeing production, holding crews to schedule and quality standards, and ensuring every project delivers on the promise made to the client. His combination of sales intensity and hands-on field oversight is the operational backbone that allows Pinnacle to run multiple high-value jobs simultaneously without sacrificing quality or client experience.

Katie Golden — Production Coordinator & Office Manager serves as the organizational hub that keeps every project moving. Katie manages scheduling, vendor coordination, client communication, and internal workflow — ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks between the sales team, the field, and the back office. Her role is the connective tissue of Pinnacle's day-to-day operations.

Alex Sommercamp — Material Runner is the field logistics specialist who ensures that the right materials arrive at the right job sites at the right time. In a production model built on speed and precision, Alex's role is critical — eliminating the costly delays and schedule disruptions that plague less organized operations.

Anchoring the production network are six loyal lead subcontractors — elite, specialized crews across the key trades that power Pinnacle's project delivery. These are not transactional relationships. These are long-term partnerships with best-in-class professionals who understand Pinnacle's quality standards, align with its pace of execution, and show up with consistency job after job.
