Our wood fire style of cooking will represent our authenticity and unique food flavor. Our focus will be a full Mexican style cooking with fresh handmade tortillas, fresh molcajete salsas and our signature barbacoas with a touch of European classic techniques. Our menu would offer a dazzling modern style menu with a complete diverse of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, and desserts. Our menu will also include smaller portions for children and lighter options for vegan and gluten free. El Fogon style of Mexican cocktails menu offers from light and refreshing to strong and aromatic flavor profiles. Experiencing from a modern fruity classic to infuse botanical refreshing elements and fresh ingredients from different regions of Mexico. El Fogon will be a 100-150 sit down casual Mexican restaurant with moderate prices and a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant will feature Mexican modern décor with a variety of texture, colors, and music with different regions of Mexico influence designs.
