I am a direct lender and looking for investors. I want to sell and assign to the investor $27,500.00 promissory notes that are secured in second place with a Registered Caveat. On a regular basis. Please contact me for more info. Thanks, Joe
Recently we started offering $27,500.00 equity loans to our customers.
Many of our customers have a considerable amount of equity in their homes and we want to capitalize on that.
Some of our customers see this as an opportunity to consolidate their loans in one small payment of $365.00 bi-weekly, especially high interest credit cards.
Some want to do renovations or basement developments.
We have a promissory note with the customer and we use their house as collateral.
We give them a 5year term at 24% per annum interest and they are willing to pledge their house as collateral.
We then register a caveat on their home giving the investors security.
This means that your investment of $27,500.00 is secured against the house.
