We are about to launch our 12th consecutive SPE since 2016. The foundation of all our projects is medical receivable finance. We currently have 700 individual private investors and three iBank funds — they are our very best form of promotion and reference.

Our current project is called PFDSelect Medical Receivable 1009, LLC.

We’ve utilized JuniperSquare investor CRM since 2017, providing investors 24/7/365 access to documentation, performance, communications, and quarterly/annual tax accounting.

At the end of each calendar quarter, all investors receive financials, a quarterly report, and a one‑on‑one telephone call where we visit, listen, verify contact information and/or ACH info, and secure investor satisfaction at the highest touch level.
