Property manager and Broker have started buying homes owner carry. Have already bought and closed on 1 property netting $600 a month. That we have had 6 months and need $100000 to do a refi cash out asap for my wife's medical issues. !!!!! Have 9 more home under contract via owner carry. One being a $600,000 Air B&B lake front property. Others are mid term rentals. Also will have rent to own properties in portfolio. All of these are or will make a profit.
