Petpal (subsidiary of Unikorn Inc.) is a marketplace of digital health and supplies for pets/animals in India. Our network of 400+ veterinarians provide care in three formats based on the initial diagnosis - house calls, tele-health and in-clinic.
Petpal believes that Animal Healthcare should not take decades for digitization unlike consumer healthcare. We would like to compare it with pediatric healthcare since animals are voiceless and children (infant-toddler stages) are not sure of what's going on with their bodies.
Our goal is to build an exclusive network of veterinarians who can help each other, as world over there is a shortage of these skills while the demand is increasing for their services.
We would like to give them the right tools and technology and make their life easy as care givers. While our immediate focus is India, we would like to expand our operations to South East Asia when we get to Series A.
