Integrated Software & App:
We’ve developed an all-in-one app that provides access to training modules, grooming services, retail stores, pet pharmacies, pet insurance, veterinarians, pet DNA services, and travel-friendly resources such as pet-friendly Airbnbs, parks, and airport bathroom locations. By capturing pet owners at the beginning of their journey—typically with collars or leashes, the first purchase when adopting or buying a pet—we onboard them onto our app.

 We are preparing for a 70-store pre-test set to launch in the next few months. If successful, this will expand directly into 2,400 big-box stores.
