We are a tea house and wine bar focused on the women market including celebrations. We are in the process of finalizing our franchise operation and look to franchise regionally in the Ohio and Pennsylvania markets and then expand from there as we billed our franchises. We are looking for investors interested in turning our restaurant into a franchise opportunity. Our restaurant has a relatively low initial investment need of approximately $100,000 and uses a beer wine permit which provides for lower insurance, licensing and related costs. Our business model has survived covid and heavily focuses on women celebrations such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays and similar events. We offer a unique instagram environment that is in concert with popular women programming such as Bridgerton and Outlander as it creates a refuge to talk and socialize with friends. By offering both an extensive tea selection, a refined British and French menu and wine and light cocktails we are able to provide a variety of options to our patrons.
We are looking for serious investors that are committed to helping us finance the development of our franchise operation and sell franchises. We anticipate a strong interest in our product as there is no comparable national franchise option similar to our model and most competition with our model from other tea houses lack our organizational strengths, marketing and product. Additionally most competitive operations are mom and pop operations with out a significant player in this market.
