About the Founder My name is Shane Anderson, and my journey in the automotive industry is defined by grit, growth, and a lifelong commitment to the trade. I began my career at Perfection Tire in 1989 on the shop floor as a tire installer. Over the next two decades, I mastered every facet of the business—working as a mechanic, transitioning to a service writer, and ultimately taking full ownership of Perfection Tire Pasco LLC in 2012. Having built my career from the ground up, I possess an unmatched, firsthand understanding of automotive operations, team leadership, and customer loyalty.

Our Vision & Business Model After years of operating successfully under a traditional franchise banner, I am preparing for a strategic evolution. To truly scale, innovate, and fulfill a higher mission, we are transitioning away from the franchise model to launch a premium, independent automotive brand.

Our future business model stands on two high-impact pillars:

The Premium Service Facility: A state-of-the-art repair and tire center built on absolute transparency, modern technical capability, and impeccable customer service.
The Workforce Academy: A built-in, hands-on vocational program designed to mentor and "breed" the elite mechanics of tomorrow. We will actively recruit, train, and equip individuals looking for a fresh start—including recovering addicts and men and women fighting to rebuild their lives—giving them a sustainable, honorable career path.
