PENINSULA BEACH RESORT, LTD., is a newly formed limited partnership organized under Texas law (herein referred to as the “Partnership”). The Partnership has been formed to engage in the business of developing and owning a planned Multiphase Beachside Resort that will, upon final completion, include a full-service resort with an estimated 272 hotel rooms, beach cottages, restaurants, a spa and health club, special event and conference facilities, luxury RV spots and cabins, retail space and condos (collectively, the “Resort Project” or sometimes the “Beach Resort Project”).
