P&CP Academy

 The Insurance Industry is currently struggling to locate and hire licensed professionals. Because of this challenge, many Insurance Agents are opting to hire individuals without the proper licensure in hopes the individual will study and pass the State licensure while working. This is financially draining to the Agents as they are paying these individuals to essentially “study” until they are able to pass the required State Exam. Agents end up potentially spending thousands of dollars in prospects who may or may not pass the Exam, resulting in that Agent suffering from that time lost as well as the financial investment. 

Here’s where P&CP Academy comes into play. We’ve created an Academy that recruits, trains, and places licensed individuals. We offer a 4-week LIVE online course where we train qualified prospects to pass the Insurance state exam before placing them with an Agent that is actively hiring. 

In addition to providing licensed professionals ready to start working, we also offer a Sales course where we focus on the art of Sales so that anybody coming from P&CP is ready to contribute to the Agency’s success. This could save the Agents thousands of dollars as well as a much quicker and efficient hiring process.   

A little bit about us: P&CP is owned by Jorge and Denise, both licensed Insurance professionals. Jorge’s background is Sales. Jorge worked in the Insurance Industry for over 5 years, where he served as one of the top Producers in the Philadelphia area. Jorge’s expertise is finding Insurance Agents who are hiring and in need of our services as well as teaching what he’s learned and practiced in Sales to other professionals. Denise’s degree in Leadership and Teaching increases the likelihood of our applicants passing the State Exam in a higher rate. 

Our Company offers solutions to the Agents as outlined, but also serves as an excellent opportunity for the thousands of people in Pennsylvania that are tired going from job to job and are looking for the stability of a career.  Our Company is unique, and we do not have competition in our market. There are other Companies that offer courses to help individuals pass the State Licensure but lack the 4-week LIVE interaction and guaranteed job placement. There are other recruiters out there that help Agents with hiring applicants, but those applicants may lack the necessary licensure. We are a brand-new concept that serves as a B2B business as well as B2C helping individuals and businesses strive. 

We’ve been in business for less than a year and have already partnered with very well-known State Farm Agents as our business expands at an overwhelming rate. This is why we are seeking an Investor. As of now, we are working with around 20 different agents and cannot make commitments to more because we are lacking ‘students.’ Our challenge is an excellent problem to have, which is too many clients and not enough “products.” That is where we would focus the investment, we would invest on a marketing strategy so we can find more prospects that are hungry to find a career. In Pennsylvania alone, there are around 15,000 Insurance Agents. Our growth potential is substantial, we just need the proper funding to help market our services and continue to grow our Company.
