PAUSE by BBRAXTON™ is a joy-forward midlife lifestyle and wellness brand created for women 40+ navigating perimenopause, menopause and the years beyond. Unlike much of the menopause category, which leads with symptoms and clinical solutions, PAUSE leads with joy—helping women travel, gather, feel beautiful and live fully through this powerful stage of life.
The company is building an interconnected ecosystem of consumer wellness products, hospitality experiences and original media. Our hero products include Cooling Cucumber Mist and Mellow Magnesium Cream, supported by curated travel and serenity collections designed around comfort, ritual and ease. PAUSE is also developing hospitality partnerships that introduce midlife wellness products to women while traveling.
Our original media property, On PAUSE: Kitchen Conversations, brings women together through food, conversation, laughter and storytelling, creating community while serving as an organic audience-building engine for the PAUSE brand.
PAUSE has moved beyond concept into early market validation through product development, sampling and targeted gifting, including products placed with 250 women through Black Women on Broadway and additional VIP activations. Six episodes of On PAUSE: Kitchen Conversations have been produced for a planned 2027 launch, while additional beauty, travel and lifestyle extensions are in development.
PAUSE by BBRAXTON™ was created by Tony-nominated, Grammy-winning Broadway actress and entrepreneur Brenda Braxton, who brings decades of experience in entertainment, entrepreneurship and brand building—and an authentic connection to the woman PAUSE serves.
