The mission is to inquire government contracting agencies, and develop a networking community with everyday hero's working to serve the needs of everyday people. We will be engaging the target audience with a new way of providing convenient, safe, tranquil Hospitality resources. This includes fully furnished short to mid-term rental properties for our Military Veterans, First Responders, and Medical professionals who are traveling on work assignments through North Carolina. We are in the process of gathering data on the traveling industry for government employees coming to the Wilmington, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Fayetteville locations for designated work assignments. I can provide this at a later date. I need to build a strong foundation in order with my business practices, and protection. This would be necessary but also costly to hire a team of motivated individuals who can help assist with the necessary functions of managing the properties, ensuring proper training and instructions are followed per business policy, and at least 5 people to help grow this company, and that's why I would operate it as an LLC to protect my assets. In order to be successful, I need like minded individuals who understand the mission and vision for this company. With more advances coming with technology, and to be honest I'm challenged when it comes to social media sites, webpage design and functionality, etc. I know it's costly for an Entrepreneur to hire a IT specialist and a Marketing Agent to present this to our ideal locations where most government agencies are. I would like to have at least 10 properties fully furnished and available within the next 3-5 years. I will be utilizing additional resources that I'm entitled to with a business line of credit with certain merchants, and use DSCR loans to meet the desired accommodations our traveling professionals preferred under luxury living environment. I'm knowledgeable and have done my research on the changes of our Economy and the RE market crisis. This has also affected my life. I'm a disabled Veteran, served with the 2nd Marine Division, combat logistics division, and then I served in Missouri State Law enforcement, furthering my career as an Accredited Veterans Service Officer and have met and heard testimonies from many fellow comrades on both State and Federal government that we all need a place to feel safe to work at when it comes to serving the public. I have been homeless, I have been in "situation-ships" while looking for a place to buy or rent, and it's a real struggle when you don't know if there's a safety risk. Now this was 5 years for my personal experience, and the testimonies go back to at least 15 years ago for case by case situations with finding a place to feel comfortable and safe in. I'm currently a landlord for a rental property I currently own. I have learned through building relationships with the RE market , that it's better to get involved as an Entrepreneur Investor where I can acquire many properties by your own accord, have tax benefits, and become a future Legacy Investor, where I will carry on to additional businesses. I'm a problem solver. If there's a problem, I will find a solution for it, and do my homework to get better results because I'm always listening to peoples needs. I will hold my due diligence to our traveling professionals offering them the best luxury living and safe environment they deserve while on assignment. I will more than likely build an amazing repor with our clientele and I look forward to doing business with them. I have a passion for continuing to serve our Country and although I'm not in uniform, I am always on the scene assisting a fellow Veteran, a Widow of a Veteran, a travel nurse, etc. I've done my research, and since the C-19 Pandemic, the Hospitality Industry has been seriously turned upside down by 40% where it led people from the traditional regular government hotel stay, to leaving commercial real estate offices; to working from a safe space at home or made the government agencies hire travel professionals for short term assignments. My honest belief is with more unforeseen circumstances our economy faces, the higher demand for safer, more home like environments our traveling professionals will pursue for their own safety and sanity. I am only asking for funding since I don't have the "credit" or personal savings available to fund a project like this and I honestly want to pay the right people for the job even if that means I have to wait to be paid to see this company grow and become successful.
