Current Success , Future Forecast, and Capital Request
We achieved 3.5M in sales in 2023 and forecasting expulsive growth to 18.056M in 2024 then 36.112M in 2025. We are currently raising 3.5M in convertible debt  with a 24 month hold, at 10% interest, and a 20 % discount on equity conversion. We expect to be valued at 47M within 24 months, post investment.  Our executive team have built and exited companies valued over 130MM in the last 5 years. On average our executive team has more than 6 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in the Solar and Renewable Energy space. Current Markets
Patriot Power Company currently operates in rapidly growing solar electrification markets spanning Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, with expansion plans into other high demand markets throughout the US employing a roll up strategy. 

 

Growth Strategy
Our strategy involves leveraging these subcontracting partnerships to acquire additional subcontracting agreements or books of business in new locations establishing an operational base with immediate revenue. Once contracted for work in these new regions, we target established electrical contracting companies with anchor clients and boomer generation ownership who are actively seeking an exit. There are many companies that fit this profile up in high demand solar regions and are ripe for roll up.  After the roll-up we expand their prior service offerings to include higher margin solar & electrification services, resulting in increased revenues and leading to higher equity value which can be leveraged for the next acquisition. This approach allows us to scale, diversify our operations, optimize efficiency, and pave the way for lower risk regional expansion. 

 

Current Notable Clients for Solar and Electric Vehicle Charging
Currently, we are subcontracted installers for nationwide solar and electrification companies including Titan Solar Power, SunPower (NASDAX:SPWR), Powur, Enphase (NASDAX:ENPH)  365Pronto, LGCY Solar, Omnidian, and Electrum. Additionally, we are currently adding in similar relationships for Greenlancer, SolarInsure and other sources for subcontracted solar and electrification services.

 

Proprietary Technology and Artificial Intelligence
We have also built an end-to-end proprietary software platform that allows existing solar sales representatives and collections of sales representatives called dealers, to sell our services directly to customers. This platform offers sales and marketing support like no other in the industry. With the addition of AI and automated communications in both text, email, and voice calls, the reps and dealers can concentrate on what they do best, selling solar electrification services and not chasing prospects for appointments. These services are provided free of charge to this independent salesforce so long as they meet our minimum sales KPIs which by design cover the costs. 

 

This software platform can also be sold in a subscription to other solar companies in a SAAS model. This use leads to strong residual revenues, strategic relationships with other high performing solar companies that can be learned on for installation support during high growth phases, and identifies partner solar companies as targets for acquisition. 

 

Recently we have been chosen as the official EPC/Installer for the OtoPilot Solar software dealer platform and Subcontractor Hub, who are now selling our services and solidifying our position as a trusted installer within the solar industry largest players. 

 

Electric Vehicle Charging
In the realm of electric vehicle (EV) charging, we have established partnerships with major automotive brands such as Honda and Hyundai through Electrum, empowering us to contribute to Hyundai Home's Electrification initiatives. We are also slated to install EV charging solutions for Qmerit, who has an exclusive contract for home EV charging installations with additional dealerships including GM, Honda, Hyundai, Land Rover, BMW, Ford, and other automotive giants. These relationships allow new EV owners to be matched with Patriot for their new home EV charging solutions at the closing table of the local dealership. These manufacturers offer credit towards these installations to subsidize our services for both hardware and installation. All of these customers can be retargeted for solar system sales.

 

Commercial EV Charging
Furthermore, our collaboration with SunPower extends to commercial EV charging solutions, with a contract from GM for EV charging infrastructure. We have also registering as a preferred installer for Nexterra/Florida Power and Light’s EVolution program which solicits FPL Utility customers for EV charging installs. This is a low friction program that allows the cost of the installation to be built into their utility bill at non upfront cost to the homeowner.
