The PatientMD platform provides physician practices all the tools they will require to compete and grow their practices. PatientMD will utilize our extensive and fully integrated one-stop-shop Patient Engagement and Recruitment platform to engage and connect physician practices to:

2. Engage with their patients
3. Improve front office efficiency
4. Provide Interoperability for Remote Patient Monitoring, information sharing and common messaging for Care Coordination to improve the patient experience.

As we add physician practices onto our platform and connect them in the development of local networks, this will allow us to capture Clinical, Genomic, claims and IoT data into our untethered FHIR-based Personal Health Record (PHR). We will utilize Clinical Decision Support, Analytics and AI to empower patients and their doctors with information on PMPH. Prescriptive Analytics will be utilized to provide information on cost and quality on the services and products that patients will require for their health and wellness.
Patients and doctors will be incentivized with our fungible stable utility token (Patient Token) based on patient behavior and outcomes. The patient token can also be utilized on other platforms by integrating these platforms with PatientMD, thereby creating a comprehensive incentivization framework. Patients can purchase services and/or products provided by our business partners to further promote patient engagement. Each patient will also be provided a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) called the Health Token whose value will be based on the amount and type of data in their PHR. Patients will be able to monetize their data for research and clinical trial participation. Patients will be rewarded with our Patient Tokens.
Our platform is provided in a subscription SaaS model. We believe our Business Model, both transaction and subscription model, will allow us to create an economic moat with out multiple features creating high switching costs and our gamification of the industry through our incentive program creating “stickiness” to our platform.
