Part Timers BBQ LLC

We are competition bbq team, who decided that we wanted to share our flavors of food and sauces with more than the judges. We currently have two sauce produced commercially. Our rutty bird honey mustard placed 15th in the American Royal this year beating out blue hogs honey mustard. We have many sauces and seasonings and pepper jelly’s just waiting to share with the world. We are waiting for our bbq food trailer to show up next month. So we can bring great bbq food to our town. We put our sauces on hold to buy food trailer. We have currently made 3 batches. Totaling 250 gallons in 5 months and sold almost all of it. We are partnered with Oregon hill farms who does our bottling and manufacturing for us. With our recipes, they are great to work with. We are looking for an investor who loves food and wants to try amazing combinations and flavors . Our sauces easily have the potential to go nationwide with the right help. We have picked up 15 stores in our first 4 months. In the last two months we have been doing monthly cooks at our local butcher shop selling food and sauces. We have been featured recently on our local radio station. We have been giving them food and sauces to try. So far we have had amazing reviews. The products speak for themselves.
