So long story short... We are a team of Builders and Land Developers who due to the Crazy North Texas Market have been pushed out of land and lot positions because the Billion Dollar Companies are buying absolutely everything up. DFW for the first time in History have a 1 week supply of Homes and large builders are running out of lots. We want to focus on small parcels near the suburban Cities that have 1-4 acre tracts that we can do the very profitable Town Homes on. We have talked to the cities of Allen, Mckinney, Rowlett, Melissa and they will allow us to do these. Our Developing partner has been doing Land development for 30 years and knows the city folks personally. We have a lot in Ft worth to start a project right away and are looking at some small tracts in Allen and Rowlett to acquire and start building. We are open to paying a percentage on the land/lots which secures our investors money and then a percentage of profit on the sale of homes. Our last deal was a 12% on money and 10% on sale of homes and worked out well for everyone. For this one we can give 30-40%
