Parallel Lending

We are a private lending company that loans to real estate investors primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas. We provide short-term, 1st lien investment loans to flippers and wholesalers backed by real estate. We are a small company, but have all been in the real estate field for the majority of the past decade. We have all invested in flips, long term and short term rentals, and are now focusing on lending. We are happy to share what our current deals and deals in the past have looked like, as well as our underwriting process that we have in place to mitigate the risk to anyone that is interested.

As of now, we offer investors 10% with interest distributed quarterly. We are focusing on maximizing investors return and have a pathway to eventually offer a higher return to investors as we grow. Our lending business is less than a year old and we have been able to lend out right close to 2.5 million in loans (including loans that have closed and loans that are still open). We are now looking to take the next step and start raising more capital to help increase returns for investors, as well as increase profit for the business.
