I own a medical equipment business that contracts with hospice companies to supply equipment to their patients. In December, one of my competitors called me and asked me if I would be interested in purchasing his company. We now have tentative deal in place and are now ironing out some minor details. I'm looking for about $325K in the form of a private loan to do this deal. I'm putting up 200K and seller is taking back some financing.
