Vacation home ownership and investments: I am an international Real Estate Professional and Broker, now specializing in high-end luxury homes and apartments in Europe, Mexico, Panama, and the US. I am seeking one million dollars to purchase a luxury apartment in Nice, France, and to resell it after renovating it to Fractional Vacation Homebuyers. Ultimately, the goal is to have a collection of homes that offer more affordable access to middle-market high-end luxury buyers. The multi-million Fractional homes on the market are not a target we want to specialize in as too many others are doing this.
