Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning - St. Cloud, MN (Oxi Fresh) is looking to add its second location.  Oxi Fresh, the world's greenest carpet cleaner, provides a quick dry efficient carpet cleaning that customers love.  This cutting edge carpet cleaning company is an established nationwide franchise, headquartered in Denver, CO. We have proven sales and marketing systems in place to allow franchise owners to get, keep, and grow their customer base.  The additional location I am seeking is a 12 year established location in the large metro area of Maple Grove, Plymouth and Brooklyn Park Minnesota with additional zip codes available.  My current location serves  roughly 125,000 households. Adding this second territory will push that number to almost half a million households within my service area.  The current owner of the second territory I'm seeking to acquire, was an employee of this territory for 7 years and the owner for last 5 years.  He has done well over $100k in revenue over the past year with no employees and no advertising or marketing. He did this by only servicing his current customer base and new customers who found him organically. With only $1,000 per month on ad spend, I could bring in additional $4,000 or more per month to the new territory.  Due to his age and health issues, he has started to slow down his current operation, hence the need to sell this territory.  Adding this territory to my service area will include adding a service vehicle (acquired within the purchase of this territory) which will allow for immediate growth with the current customer base and ability to hire full time technician.  Oxi Fresh's business model estimates each vehicle with a full time technician can bring in between $150,000 - $200,000 or more per year.  In my first 8 months I received $50,000 in revenue only working part time.   The additional territory included would put that number over $150,000 in revenue with ability to double in the first year by adding a full time technician.   This size territory could eventually have at least 5 full time technicians bringing in over 1 million in revenue with additional advertising and marketing.
