Over Under is a sports betting bar in downtown Kansas City, Kansas. We offer a 120 inch 4K projector screen, three 75 inch 4k TVs, two pool tables and a full bar for our guests. We do not keep our own betting books, however, sports betting on phone apps is allowed in Kansas, but not Missouri. Through geolocating, apps will not allow you to look at bets if you’re in the wrong state. As we are located very close to the state line and very close to the highway, we are aiming to cater to sports betters from both states.
The capital we are looking for will be used to build a small kitchen in our back room to entice guests to lengthen their stay. We also aim to spend some of the funds on marketing through radio, social media and a billboard on I70 west bound from Kansas City, Missouri.
