Outlaw FitCamp is a fitness franchise based out of Dallas Texas that successfully completed its seed round in 2018/2019. Since then, we have established four franchisees and expanded to six locations. Our brand's key focus areas include personal training and group fitness, all conveniently offered under one roof spanning 3000 to 3400 square feet.

Unlike many competitors in the fitness boutique space who solely offer group fitness, Outlaw FitCamp stands out by catering to a broader clientele through our incorporation of personal training services along with group fitness. This strategic decision allows us to tap into a significant demographic that values personalized fitness experiences and fills a void in this space. On average, our personal training clients generate recurring revenue (EFT) ranging from $300 to $600 per month, with an average spend of $375 to $415 per month.

To create a unique brand experience, we have merged our award-winning group fitness classes, known as "FitCamp," with our personal training offerings. This innovative fusion results in an average client spend ranging from $99 to $189 per month. By combining these two revenue streams, Outlaw FitCamp has developed a concept unlike anything else in the fitness industry. Our goal is to capitalize on this distinct advantage and swiftly expand our footprint.

At Outlaw FitCamp, our dedicated team has been diligently building the necessary infrastructure to support our growth plans. This includes implementing cutting-edge technology such as operations software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and a comprehensive back-end intranet for franchisees. Our technology stack also enables seamless access to learning resources, document downloads, and retail/clothing order management.

Over the past two years, we have forged valuable partnerships and alliances vital to our success. We have collaborated with a nationally recognized real estate brokerage firm to assist with location selection and negotiation. Additionally, we have employed a top-notch nationwide project management and construction team responsible for all future locations' buildouts and project management. To ensure consistency across all franchisees, we have meticulously developed a comprehensive franchise operation manual.

In anticipation of our nationwide expansion, one significant milestone in 2022 was the establishment of our state-of-the-art 6400-square-foot headquarters, located in beautiful Flower Mound, Texas—just ten minutes north of DFW airport. This strategically positioned facility not only facilitates seamless franchise discovery days for potential investors but also delivers an exceptional brand experience. Furthermore, it offers convenience and cost-effectiveness for franchisee training.
