I am looking to build a unique and cool trendy retail space inspired by train cars. This will be designed around food, retail, music, dog park, outdoor game, tvs, a great place for people and their pets to hangout while enjoy unique food and drinks. Concept has been achieved on the west coast. You can type in “SteelCraft” and “Churchill in Arizona” both places are slammed all the time and bring in people from all over.
