Our investment criteria are large multi-family apartment buildings with 70+ units, in growing economic markets in B and C Class, that are underperforming & mismanaged while at the same time providing cash flow distributions. In the back end, we strategically add value to the properties by doing strategic renovations and identifying opportunities to increase income and lowering expenses. This allows us to increase the overall value of the property and increase cash flow. We believe large multi-family real estate is the best investment class, as it provides predictable Passive Income, massive Tax Benefits and creates Generational Wealth.
