Orion Tech Hubs is the AI orchestration layer for the dental front office.

Dental practices put $50–100K a year of new-patient production at risk: roughly a fifth of inbound calls go unanswered, front-desk teams turn over 17–25% a year, and marketing spend is unmeasured — no way to tie it to booked appointments. Existing tools are point solutions that message the patients already in the chart, while the paid leads a practice already bought go quiet.

Orion plugs into the systems a practice already runs — Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Carestream, and 50+ other integrations, with no migration — and unifies PMS, marketing, and financial data on one data spine. Its agents do the work rather than report on it: booking, rescheduling, confirmations, and recall executed inside the practice's own system of record, with insurance verification and ledger posting on the roadmap. When a paid marketing lead arrives, Orion texts a booking link and follows up automatically if the lead goes quiet.

The business model is per-location SaaS: a $1,000/month core tier, with modules — AI Growth Engine, Comms Autopilot, Predictive Insights — attaching as expansion, and multi-location groups rolling out across offices.

Orion was not sold to its first customer — it was built inside one. At Omega Dental Specialists, the founder's own multispecialty practice in Houston, missed calls went from 21% to ~0%, monthly production rose 11%, and marketing spend fell 67% (June 2024 → June 2025). Today nine practices are live and billing, most of them arm's-length customers, with zero churn to date.

The founder is the customer: Pedram Bohluli, DDS, MS, PhD (CEO) is a Columbia-trained endodontist with a PhD in biomedical engineering, 20+ years in dentistry, and owner of the two clinics where Orion was proven. Jose Allende (CTO) is a Fortune 50 solution architect and AI principal (IBM, via Neudesic) with production AI deployed at BP, Nestlé, and Pfizer. Shahram (Sam) Bohluli, PhD (Operations) brings 30+ years of operations leadership. Orion runs a HIPAA program with BAAs at every live practice, PHI encrypted in transit and at rest, and bounded agentic actions with full audit logs and human escalation.
