We are a three year old company focusing on transportation and the construction industry. part of our operation is helping our clients sell their trucks and heavy equipment through our brokers, the netork, and online presence. Only Logistics is our trucking operation focusing on lanes (routes) that will keep our drivers paid well and home with their families. We recently obtained a route hauling toilet paper for Costco Wholesale through a trucking industry contact. This contact is wishing to retire and sell the rest of his Costco contract to us which includes 2 Peterbilt tractors, 7 hi cube dry van trailers, and 29 Costco locations we wil haul paper products to. 25 of the lanes have a backhaul which optimizes the trucks time out on the road. The current value of the trucks and trailers is approximately $400,000 and the blue sky will be another $350,000 with a gross yearly income of $1.2M and a margin of 25%. We are seeking investor capital to obtrain 10% of the company until the borrowed amount is paid back and for another 2 years beyond that date.

Our customer for this line haul is Georgia Pacific which is the manufacturer for all Kirkland toilet paper and paper towels. We have opportunity to take on as much of that work as we want but the current owner doesnt' want to continue with it. The sky is the limit with Costco Wholesale.
