OnePay gives bills one calm place to land, so people don’t get punished for forgetting.

OnePay is a consumer financial utility designed to reduce missed payments, late fees, and unnecessary financial stress by solving a simple but common problem: bills arrive at the wrong moment and get forgotten.

People don’t miss bills because they can’t pay. They miss them because emails are opened while distracted, paper bills get put aside, and reminders come too late. The result is avoidable late fees, anxiety, and a loss of control — particularly for busy households and people already under pressure.

OnePay gives bills one calm place to land. Users forward bills by email, scan paper bills, or upload PDFs. OnePay captures the bill, extracts key details, and displays it in a prioritised Home Screen that clearly shows what needs attention now, what’s coming up, and what can wait.

The product is intentionally designed to reduce cognitive load rather than add to it. Bills are grouped by urgency (overdue, due soon, upcoming), and users are notified when something needs attention. Nothing is paid automatically. Users always decide when and how to pay.

OnePay supports secure bill payments through Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, while maintaining clear boundaries: no auto-debits, no credit, and no pressure. The focus is organisation, visibility, and control — not budgeting, advice, or financial optimisation.

OnePay is founder-led and built from lived experience. Its long-term vision is to become a trusted, quiet utility — the place bills go before they become a problem, helping people stay in control without being punished for being human.
