We are a local Austin, Texas window and door business. We do our own marketing, installations and find the right product for every customer. There is a huge niche in this market for the customers who want options versus most other window companies who are limited to one brand. We pride ourselves in offering high end products with the talent to install that, but we also cater to the investor/home flipper, large wholesale and more affordable minded buyer. This makes us extremally diverse Currently we are experiencing major delays in the supply chain for windows and doors. Though our business model supports somewhat of long turnaround for completion of projects, we struggle to stay liquid waiting 5 or 6 months for material to come in. Typically, pre-pandemic a contract for windows and doors has a 6-8 week turnaround for completion. Right now an order placed in January will not complete until May or June. During that time we still incur overhead for operating cost. We do collect deposits from customers upfront, meant to cover cost of materials for their project. We currently have over 50 open jobs waiting on material, so we know profit is down the road consistently but, meanwhile we are incur marketing and payroll costs now. We have a really great reputation with our customers but just due to the long wait it seems most are already frustrated by the wait when we go into there install them. This then puts us on an ultra sensitive, service conscious mind set to please them and then end up spending more time and money making sure their final product exceeds their expectation. We did not take advantage of any federal funding because we believed we could operate normally and frankly I am an owner operator and just don't have the bandwidth to stop or the staff to stop and research When you decide to help us with funding we will put this capital directly to work for the business in continued marketing, payroll, and immediate material for day to day operations. Our business planplan for the future projects us to be a $5 - $6 million annual revenue company in under 2 years. We would be thrilled to discuss in further detail should you decide to help.
