The short and simple is my business is Buying real-estate mainly for a rental portfolio using creative financing ways. At this point the business is ready too scale and raise capital too purchase in the high demand areas in the united states, my main purpose in raising capital for my business is to build  multiple portfolios  that will create high growth of return in both  equity and monthly cash flow. As any investor knows its to have a good exit strategy plan before you buy the property mine has always buy at deeply discounted price and significant equity and most  import in hot markets were rentals are in high demand, i always get the terms that i want or its not a deal. my ultimate goal is too grow these portfolios to have high investment return and market it to be sold to investors that just want to buy a turnkey investment.
