The name of our company is On Time Realty Solutions. We get properties under contract for discounts and sale to end buyers for a profit. The company consists of me Jason Goodwin and my partner Joseph McLemore. I've been in the Real Estate business wholesaling for 10 plus years my partner Joseph has been a licensed realtor for 6 years. We got together and formed the company in January 2023. We are based in California I am in the Bay Area and he is in Southern California.
