I am a 39yo bachelors of science student, having achieved several CPhT endorsements for certified pharmacy technician studies. I would like to use an old used land/mine as an investment in a remote region, where who's presence of supplied ore, or ground state precious metal or cathode, can affect the immediate ecology, making berries or types of wine, fruit and candy that is unique to the aromatic and cooler nitrogen interactions experienced by the berry in the region. I have done it before and realized very many times how inexpensive the cost is associated with generating cooler conditions. Looking for investors and people excited about a dynamic opportunity having had a family member involved in refining of platinums I can recall being very attracted to the idea of a nature preserve with aromatic content .
