Start up coffee/ bakery
Wanting to start up a coffee shop/ bakery. The funds I am asking for will get me the equipment needed, ghost kitchen space, and some working capital.
The columbus food hall has some ghost kitchens that already have equipment in them, adding them to the deposit of two months rent will be $10k.
The other $15 would be used for working capital and marketing.
I would like to use the ghost kitchen to start off and build from. After the ghost kitchen is fully running and making a profit. I will start the process of saving for a food truck to get a coffee truck, built out. The price of the coffee truck is $55k, and that is fully custom built out for what I need it to be.
I have been in the coffee industry for 10 years and currently going to school at Escoffier for my pastry degree and will graduate in February.
I have also started up 3 people's coffee shops for them so I have a pretty good understanding of how the first two years will be.
I have an e-commerce store that will also help with income for the brand.
