Raising 300,000 to do mass production for my innovative toy vehicle,which has Brake,Suspension,Steering,Differential Universal Joint,etc ,like real vehicle

 

Brief

I like to study mechanical structure of all kinds of vehicles, also has lots of die-casting vehicle models; I found all toy vehicles is with imitation chassis,it really let me disappointed,so I decided to design a toy vehicle with real mechanical chassis,most parts of the chassis use plastic material to reduce cost of mass production .

I also used 3D printer to make prototype, as below

Innovation Point 

  • It is not copy of real vehicle chassis, just retain mechanical structure of real vehicle chassis  ;
  • Simplify part design to reduce part number;
  • Use plastic material to reduce cost of mass production;
  • Standardize parts of chassis to fit all kind of vehicles, such as Sedan, SUV,Truck etc;
  • Toy vehicle design for child and adult ,its very huge market size;
  • Provide video of assemble instruction, allow kids and adult to assemble by themself for reducing cost of assemble.

Vision

Research&Devepment will be done in America, manufacture will be done in Asian country, like China, India; Electrical vehicle is becoming mainstream, gasoline vehicle is being phased out, so from 2024 to 2029 we design the toy vehicle based on mechanical structure of gasoline vehicle, after 2029 we design the toy vehicle based on mechanical structure of electrical vehicle.

Marketing

•It’s very critical to market the innovative toy vehicle by short video APP, like TIKTOK ,attract child and adult in short time; 
•Do marketing by E-Commerce and traditional retailer.

 

Risks and challenges

Cost is a little higher than imitation toy chassis ,I am planning to standard all parts of chassis to fit all vehicles,like Sedan,SUV,Truck, Mass production can reduce cost to the level of imitation toy chassis
