We specialize in oceanfront short term rental management. we charge owners a fee of 20% of GRI and always outperform the "on-site" rental management companies which charge 40% or more with additional fees. We currently have 80 units under management which provide on average $6,500 in management fees per year. This does not include additional fees such as early check in, late check out, beach rentals, etc that we also collect. We need to ramp up operations as we expect to be in the 200-250 unit range by the end of 2023.
