The book of existing business was merged into Oasis, and in 2021 the founder rebranded the company into a name and platform that could be franchised. Oasis Business & Insurance Solutions LLC was born.

The company offers a wide list of services including but not limited to: Tax, Accounting, Payroll, Business Incorporating, P & C for commercial, USDOT services, and Commercial Lending. Our team is small yet proficient and can grow as needed. We also hold federal and state credentials: IRS and Insurance.
