Vacation Rental By Owner searching for funding to develop and complete vacation rental in established suburb of Denver.
We are completing a renovation of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home to turn it into a luxury eco-friendly vacation rental in Denver suburb that will sleep 12 people and provide wheelchair and handicap accommodations including a ramp into the home and doors that are wide enough to fit a standard wheelchair.
We are working closely with a local real estate agent and property management company to provide exceptional customer service to people visiting Denver who are interested in luxury accommodations, eco-friendly design, and concierge services.
We will be working closely with Namastay LLC, a local property management company with 21 established rentals who have a focus in sustainability. All of our consumables (soaps, shampoos, and paper products) will be a combination of: zero plastic, 1% for the planet, recyclable, and biodegradable.
Other eco-friendly accommodations include: water conserving toilets, solar panels, partnership with simpleswitch.com (the eco-friendly amazon), and a home surge protection system to protect our guest from EMFs.
We will include bookings across VRBO, Airbnb, and direct through our property management website.
We are requesting a funding source to complete the project and help us create a rental that not only provides a unique and luxury experience for our guests, adds value to the neighborhood and to the city of Wheat Ridge and our VRBO offering is mindful of helping to protect our resources and our planet.
