I need very short term use of capital with a guaranteed 25% return in 90 days. I am working to meet an investment minimum to expand my participation in an AI project that I invested $1.2M in earlier this year and have grown that investment already to $3.9M. I already have the capital for repayment in this investment, I just need to meet the additional deposit amount the project requires. I have access to $450k from another source if investor can only invest $550k. Or, if investor can invest $1M, that would work as well. I will return the investment plus 25% in 90 days that fulfills my total deposit amount requirement in the project. Will provide full account statement from this project for interested investors.
