I am currently a board certified general surgeon and practice in the Hilton Head, SC area. I want to do a one year cosmetic surgery fellowship and open a high volume cosmetic surgery center. I would then like to start my own cosmetic surgery fellowship program and then use that pipeline to hand select future partners to franchise our business model nationally then internationally.
