Nudge is developing community tech that deploys haptic wearables for integration with school safety communication systems. 
 
We are looking for a 3.3 million dollar investment. This first round/angel investor will be given 30% stock, and seats on the board. 
 
Nudge seeks to make the world a better, safer place by providing noiseless, early warning notifications. Our business strategy emphasizes partnerships with other companies, a relationship-based approach to sales, and an ecosystem model.  
 
Who we are 
We have chosen to pursue school safety as our launch point because we want to have impact.
We feel that offering our product to schools will contribute towards safety for kids. 
 
Nudge’s wearables and communication system are also applicable in other industries. We have identified the following additional markets that Nudge can enter in the future: senior care; warehouse environments; cruise ships; retail, dining, and entertainment venues; and government
agencies. 
 
Nudge’s product provides the advantage of advance notice. Nudge allows administrators, leaders, teachers and lead time - precious minutes where they can get a grip on an emerging situation before moving their full community to action.  
 
Administrators will be able to notify their staff of possible security situations before the alarm sounds or the threat is verified. Picture cutting down on false alarms and student panic. Nudge buys time – by removing the hesitation to sound an alarm, and by sharing an early heads up about potential threats, during the time that they are still being investigated and verified. 
 
Nudge’s product is an enhancement to existing security and communication systems. It will be built to easily sync and integrate with other platforms and devices. Our initial product - our base product upon which other iterations will be built - will be simple and able to work without cellphones or electricity.  
 
Market Strategy 
Our go to market strategy will be to approach security companies and first responders who provide security tech to schools. They will have the opportunity to license our patent, or to purchase and
incorporate the Nudge product into their existing tool line up.  
 
We plan to enter the market quietly, unassumingly, and to build relationships. We envision an in-house sales force that coordinates Nudge’s outreach efforts with external sales vendor partners
and our business partners. They will already have relationships and subject matter expertise in whatever market sector we choose to pursue.   
 
In our second wave of product development, we plan to be able to offer customized configurations to solve for specific problems, situations, and scenarios. Customization will be layered on top of our
base product. Nudge can help with a variety of communication problems, make existing platforms stronger, and bridge the notification gap from digitally provided information into a physical nudge. 
 
Manufacturing and Sales Strategy 
Nudge takes a partnership approach and will seek out other businesses to partner with for joint success.  
 
We plan to use contract manufacturing, and to select manufacturing facilities close to the geographical region of end users. Nudge is starting as a US based company, and we will sell and manufacture in the United States. We have seasoned board members with considerable executive
experience in industrial design, start-ups, and contract manufacturing.
