Now City Inc. is a real-estate and technology platform that designs, builds, and operates walkable, green urban neighborhoods while monetizing the proprietary tools that make those districts possible.
Now City is pre-revenue and has spent its first few years of self funded existence building expertise, team, partnerships, and a development pipeline. We are purpose driven and care deeply about the communities we serve and the ecosystems we depend on. We are now ready to build the future of urban living with your support and investment. Thank you for your consideration! - Erik Gillberg | CEO
What we do
- District-scale development. We take a minority GP stake in high-growth land parcels (10–200 acres), secure entitlements, deliver modular mixed-use buildings and green infrastructure, and either hold for yield or exit to institutional owners.
- Strategic services (cash-flow now). Nine fee lines—green-infrastructure engineering, carbon measurement & credit sales, industrialised-construction consulting, regenerative master-planning, tokenised-asset structuring, placemaking, innovative finance, DevTech integrations, and local-economy advisory—generate revenue from day one and give us “inside-track” access to new sites.
- Neighborhood OS®. Our SaaS layer and data stack (AI agents for energy, water, mobility, waste, and finance) license into our own districts and into third-party projects, creating sticky, high-margin ARR.
Business model & customers
- Fee income from municipalities, landowners, hospitality groups, and ESG-minded investors who hire us for any combination of the nine services.
- Development profits and recurring NOI from Now City-led districts once phases stabilise.
- Software subscriptions and data monetisation as Neighborhood OS rolls out across a growing portfolio.
Traction & pipeline
- Active acquisition process on flagship sites in Salem (OR), Sacramento (CA), and Elk Grove (CA) with combined projected completion value > US $9 billion .
- Two paid pilot proposals in negotiation for carbon-credit MRV and modular-construction advisory with MENA hospitality owners (US $0.5 m each).
- Neighborhood OS MVP fully budgeted; beta launch scheduled Q1 2026 .
Why we win
- Whole-stack integration. Few teams can marshal land acquisition, modular build, district utilities, AI-driven ops, and blended finance under one roof.
- Capital efficiency. Services pay corporate overhead while green-infra concessions and token/crowd investors reduce equity outlay on each project.
- Regenerative premium. Districts meet net-zero targets with lower OPEX, lifting exit cap rates and asset valuations.
