I own a construction company and we flip properties full time. We do about 1-2 a month currently and am looking to expand but I need funding. I have a lead generation specialist who works on finding off market properties, a project manager who helps manage the projects and 8 employees who work on my own properties monthly. I own long term rental properties, Air B n B's, Mid term rentals and vacant land. I also purchase & rehab properties to take to market. I am a licensed real estate agent who has the expertise in the Residencial and Commercial market. I need funding to help grow the business.
