NorWeska Beef

A direct to consumer beef brand/animal wellness program. Founded on sustainable, regenerative and holistic principals, I have developed a program to combine the best of both worlds when it comes to finishing cattle. Through my program cattle are allowed to graze open pastures while being provided precise grain rations through automated smart feeders. Rations are set per individual animal and the feeder communicates which my phone giving me updates on each individual animal. I have incorporated a stand by hopper and auger with a smart switch that allows the auger to be controlled by smart phone, for easy filling from anywhere in the world.  A camera can also be incorporated into the system if one desires. My hybrid program is producing a consistently tender and balanced beef. It is the best of both worlds and settles the debate between grass finished beef and grain finished beef. Trough my program I am able to hold the nutritional value of a grass finished animal while achieving the tenderness, marbling and flavor of a grain finished animal. This system can be expanded to other ranches to fulfill demand as demand for the NorWeska Beef brand grows. By having this system and guidelines to follow, we can expand our program to other ranchers who can then raise cattle through my system and also produce a consistent high quality beef that we can purchase from them at a price they can’t refuse and sell to our customers to meet demand. Ranchers (ideally smaller operations, 30 to 50 head) looking to raise beef for us will have a manual and strict guidelines to follow to ensure they are raising beef to our standard. I will be able to control their rations from my phone and view data to ensure things are being done correctly… this program can also be mass produced and sold to producers who can use it in virtually every aspect of the cattle industry. From supplemental intake and feed control for momma cows to back grounding and/or finishing cattle. This program is huge when it comes managing input costs, man hours and overall herd health. This is an incredible program, I hope someone will give me the time to present this in precise detail so you can fully understand the inner workings of my program. The cattle industry is begging for someone to change the game and believe me, with the right people on board this program can make some serious waves in the cattle industry…. My vision has become a reality and has proven to be extremely effective. I will continue to see this through. Let’s leave our mark on this industry, let’s build something untouchable. We have an entire program start to finish, we control every aspect, no middle man.
