We are a crop farm looking to expand our hay production side to grow quality hay for the horse market both domestically and overseas. The capital would be used for mostly first year transition costs. We are most interested in a loan structure with a strong ROI and also would consider a perpetual yearly payment with loan payback. We are seeking 300,000 on a 5 year note. We also would consider a set number perpetual payment. We anticipate with this investment we will be generating 1.8 million in revenue by the end of 2025.
