Since February 2015, I have worked as the Director of Operations for Nolan Process Servers, LLC, a local family-owned process serving company in business for 15+ years. Per reviews, we have held the reputation and status as the top rated process company in Tallahassee. The owners are looking to move into the next chapter of their lives (retirement) and I am hoping to aquire the funds necessary to take over the ownership of this company.
Since my time in this position, our business has increased in overall revenue and production 30-35% due not only to modernizing our business practices, but also through customer satisfaction opening our doors to a higher repeated customer base.
In 2015, our yearly services averaged 7500 jobs per year; since then, we have experienced a positive growth in job number as well as customer retention. We are now averaging between 17,000-18000 within the last 5 years with projection to reach over 20,000+ this year increasing gross revenue to $540,000+.
If able to secure the necessary funds needed to purchase the business, infrastructure and day to day operations would continue as they are now to reduce any risk of losing our current customer base. As we continue to grow year to year, adaptive changes regarding staffing or operations practices would occur to handle increasing business.
This has been my focus and mission for the past 9 years of my life and I am looking for an angel to make this dream a reality!
