Nōmadik Living is the ultimate renting subscription! We are building a network of apartments that allows digital workers to live and work anywhere in the world! Nōmadik Living is an online marketplace that makes renting as easy as booking a hotel room. No contracts, no fees , no deposits, just a simple subscription that unlocks the possibilities of life!

Problem

The way people live and rent is long overdue for essential changes and improvements. Covid-19 has fundamentally changed the way many Americans work today. Initially workers were asked to work from home in an effort to mitigate the spread of Covid. This effort led to key changes in the way we work and live. Creating a tremendous amount of pain points for tenants and opportunities in the leasing industry. These workers now have the ability to work anywhere in the world as long as they have power and WIFI. However, strict housing leases require tenants to stay in one location with zero options to move.

Many factors contribute to tenant pain points but mainly the leasing industry has failed to adapt to the new needs of the growing digital workforce. Companies are increasingly giving flexibility and supporting remote working for this new remote employee sector. Despite the increased flexibility workers have to work anywhere in the world they are restricted by apartment leases keeping them grounded in one location. 

We expect businesses to continue to roll out new programs that encourage remote working, effectively blurring the line between what used to be considered a business trip. However, we do not believe that the leasing industry has the ability or incentive to pivot and fulfill the needs of digital workers.

The rapid advancement of the remote employee sector has duly primed the industry for disruption. These tenant pain points include but are not limited to lack of availability, flexibility, and convenience. 

Product

Nōmadik Living is a centralized marketplace of furnished apartments around the world empowering tenants to live anywhere for any duration of time within the Nōmadik Apartment Network. Tenants in the network enjoy the benefits of fully furnished apartments, and an unparalleled ability to move seamlessly across the country under the same lease. 

Nōmadik Living provides tenants with a reliable, high-quality property that they can view online, reserve with a few clicks, and simply show up with their personal belongings and begin living. Our guests have the confidence and peace of mind they need to travel from city to city.  Nōmadik Living makes renting simple with its online search and booking system, as well as its adjustable contract terms and lengths.

Rather than searching for living accommodation on their own, Nōmadik Living clients have access to: A real-time, online booking platform that provides 24/7 service via their mobile app. Check-in and check-out via the app, a list of service providers that provide services such as airport shuttles, house cleaning, and more.

In essence, Nōmadik Living has made renting as simple as booking a hotel room for an extended stay. Unlike services where guests rent out privately owned residences, Nōmadik Living manages these apartments, ensuring quality, consistency, and safety.

Customers

These disgruntled tenants are looking for options to accommodate their ideal work/living situation. Nōmadik Living is enabling these disgruntled workers to live anywhere and take advantage of their ideal working conditions. As of January 16, 2022, 4.7 million individuals work remotely which is roughly 3.5% of the total workforce. In a survey by SmallBizTrends 61% of employees surveyed are actively searching for fully remote jobs.

Based on these fundamental changes in the way people work it is our mission to pivot the leasing industry to capitalize on this opportunity. Our go to market strategy targets tenants who are fully remote workers, high net worth retirees, travel enthusiasts, and traveling doctors/nurses seeking flexibility in their housing accommodations. Our platform seeks to convert the current 1.3 million apartment units with households paying $2,500+ monthly. The Valuation of the total addressable market is 39 billion.

Product Development

The slow-moving leasing industry is at a strong disadvantage to pivot and service our target customers. Nōmadik Living is poised to deploy our acquisition team, proprietary software, and unit management strategy to pivot the industry and maximize the return on the limited assets in the market. 

Currently, Nōmadik Living is currently working with mentors, consultants, and industry experts in order to perform proper due diligence and risk assessments. Currently we are in talks with large property management companies such as GreyStar in the following areas: Salt Lake City- Utah, Tampa - Florida, New York - New York, San Francisco - California. 

Nōmadik Living currently has a fully functional website marketplace and proprietary technology to enable a superior renting experience. Expected platform launch in the late 2nd Quarter of 2022.

    Team

    Founder - Prescott Hansen, professional background in Finance and Accounting. Currently employed as a financial controller for a local retail store with revenues of 20 million+ per year. At Nōmadik Living Prescott manages all business development, accounting, recruiting, training, and fundraising with outside investors. Prescott is analytical and an expert in applied finance and accounting, natural leader, dedicated, and powerful worker. Focuses primarily on  business development, due diligence, risk analysis, and capital fundraising. 

    Technical Co-Founder – Marcus Gamboa, who has a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Management from Brigham Young University (BYU). A web developer who specializes in the JavaScript ecosystem on both the front and back end. At Nōmadik Living Marcus develops and manages the client-facing software. Marcus is an intelligent, ambitious, and practical leader.  Technical founder and platform developer. Expert in writing code, problem solving, design mapping, and attention to detail.

    Co-Founder – Conner Hoffman background in Finance and Sales. Currently spearheading all acquisition projects. Conner is an outgoing and an aggressive acquisition specialist. Strategic and methodical in approach to acquire units from property managers.  Expert in product knowledge, client engagement, and problem resolution.
